Frontkom is a
digital consultancy agency based in Norway that specializes in
developing and implementing open-source solutions.
Frontkom has an expanding team and is recruiting a
Mid/Senior Full Stack Laravel Developer to work at
the Funchal office, or remotely from
Portugal.
The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for building
web solutions with Laravel, working on medium to high-complexity
projects with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
Profile

Requirements

Minimum educational qualifications:
High-school (12th year).

Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Proven experience with Laravel and its
ecosystem, including Eloquent, queues, and broadcasting.

Strong understanding of SOLID principles and
experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

PHP development experience, using the latest features of PHP 8
and MySQL/MariaDB.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks or libraries such as
Vue.js, React, Livewire, or any component-based
UI approach. Experience building reusable UI components is
highly valued.
Valued skills

Higher education in Computer Engineering or
equivalent.

Experience with Pest and PHPUnit for testing.

Experience with frontend build tools such as
Laravel Mix, Webpack, or Vite.

Familiarity with API documentation using tools like
Postman or Swagger.
